The growth model, operational schemes, social and political actions are experiencing a deep crisis that imposes a different perception of the relationship between global causes and local fallout. The controversial scenarios answering to the contemporary challenges prefigure a dialectical tension between the incremental resolution of the challenges to be implemented here and now on a small scale, and those on a systemic and global scale that prefigure a radical change.

During the Festival we will discuss how organizations face the change towards more sustainable, open and collaborative innovation models. Today more than ever, companies, startups, public administrations are called to promote solutions that address radical changes. Designing this transition means revisiting business models and value production, new forms of technology adoption and data use, as well as the diffusion of participatory processes and new forms of collaboration and cooperation.
